There Is Only One

All holistic models of reality offer the same delineation: There is only One.

They all use different terms to define the same One: One Source… One God… One Consciousness… One Life. In truth, all are the same and express the unity within all diversity.

Perhaps, for our times, Life is the most unbiased term. All the others are clouded with biased meaning. Life is simply life. It empowers us and we all share it. In Life, we are One.

It is easy to experience the Oneness of Life. Just be aware… in this very moment… that you are alive. Sustain the focus. The same Life that empowers you… empowers everyone and everything. In this awareness, we are all One in the Life that we share. Honor the Oneness of Life. It is a truly holistic and sacred experience.

Modern Spirituality….. High-Tech Meditation

Modern Spirituality is walking where our feet currently are in the evolution of consciousness. It is inclusive of all that consciousness has created in order to ever more fully be/experience itself. It is living on the cutting edge of evolving consciousness, both individually and collectively.

All forms of consciousness have both negative and positive polarities and possibilities. We emphasize the positive polarity to create balance and wholeness.

Science and technology are forms of consciousness. Positively harnessed, they can increase our balance and wholeness.

High-Tech Meditation utilizes a holistic scientific understanding of the brain combined with a sonic entrainment technology to bring precision to the experience of balance and resultant wholeness. Such is the actualization of Modern Spirituality.

The One in the Many

The One in the Many is the principle of unity in diversity. It is the Becoming of Being. One formless consciousness becomes the myriad forms of universal manifestation.

Being and Becoming are in truth the same consciousness. Thus the one is in the many… or more precisely stated… the one is the many.

The creative brilliance of Source Consciousness is expressed in this holistic principle. Since its primary intention is to fully be/experience itself, it manifests multiple forms of itself through which it ever more fully experiences itself.

I term this experience “Bliss Magnification”. As one consciousness, I multiply the forms of myself. Since bliss is my true nature, I likewise multiply and magnify my bliss. When the one is recognized as the many, the radical bliss of wholeness is experience. Such is holistic fulfillment.

The Divine Trinity

Relative reality is a trinity. It is not simply two opposing yet complimentary polarities. It rather has three components… Being… Becoming and Space.

The space between the two polarities is neutral, yet is essential to their existence. It is neither one nor the other, yet both.

This neutral space is pure witness consciousness. It is the experiential eternal now of unified consciousness. It can only be experienced through relative balance of the polarities. When balance is consistent in duration, the space of now… pure witness consciousness… opens and dilates.

Such is the true holistic experience of unified consciousness within which one consciousness experiences itself as both relative polarities. There is only one. Such experiential wholeness is ultimate fulfillment. It is the bliss of freedom.

Technologies of Now

If the default dominant relative polarity is the negative (objective/exterior/becoming), all balancing technologies must emphasize the non-dominant polarity, the positive (subjective/interior/being).

It is only through balance that the eternal now gateway of witness consciousness is experienced. Thus all technologies of now are balancing technologies.

The foremost balancing technology is meditation. It naturally emphasizes the non-dominant positive polarity. Through meditation, balance is created and the now of truthful unified consciousness is experienced. The result is the fulfillment of wholeness or the experience of blissful consciousness.

The Reversal of Polarized Dominance

Evolution in individuated consciousness can be represented as a reversal of polarized dominance in relative reality.

The involutionary cycle is characterized by the imbalanced dominance of illusion over truth. Dualistic becoming dominates non-dualistic being. In this understanding, unconscious diversity dominates conscious unity.

When we are full in the experience of who we are not… involutionary cycle… illusion… the polarized emphasis shifts. It shifts from illusion to truth, from becoming to being, from dualistic to non-dualistic experience. It shifts because the evolutionary cycle is based on the experience of who we truly are. In the evolutionary cycle, the relative polarities are progressively balanced and there is resultant holistic experience. In terms of evolving consciousness, it is simply the holistic experience whose time has come.

Truth and Illusion

The primary intention in Source Consciousness is to fully be itself. Relative reality is the arena of all experience. All experience is therefore relative. We must first experience what we are not, in order that we might ultimately experience what we are.

Since all is One, we can only experience what we are not through illusion… or pretence. We must pretend to be other than we are.

Illusion is the absence of truthful awareness. It is fantasy. Illusion dominates truth in relative reality in order that Source Consciousness can experience itself as what it is not. When truth gains dominance over illusion, Source Consciousness experiences what it is.

Through the progressive oscillation of illusion and truth, Source Consciousness fulfills its primary intention and fully experiences itself. Ultimately… there is only One.

The Holistic Lifestyle

The failure of humanity to actualize the holistic lifestyle in the majority is because we cannot live up to the ethical and moral principles that the holistic model posits as true and necessary.

Humanity in the majority remains mired in the material myth. It is where our feet are in the evolution of collective consciousness. Thus we invest in the materialist world view and negate the holistic model in order to justify our fragmented egocentric hedonism.

Yet, consciousness continues to evolve and ever-increasing numbers of people are awakening to holistic experience. As the minority/majority percentages shift, we will actualize the holistic lifestyle based on our experience of the holistic model of reality.

It could be said that the collective consciousness of humanity is on the bridge between material and spiritual myths. The spiritual myth, however, is gaining the evolutionary momentum day by day. The time has come.

For those who are awake, the holistic principles of balance, wholeness and fulfillment will continue to actualize. Born of holistic experience, the holistic lifestyle will be progressively substantiated. Let us be aware that consciousness is orchestrating the show and everything is just as it is supposed to be.

The Holistic Model of Reality

Holistic models of reality have been in intellectual consensus for three hundred and fifty years since the Age of Idealism. They all delineate the same fundamental truth… there is only One. They all emphasize balance as the means to wholeness and fulfillment.

Humanity has remained mired in imbalanced experience. We have failed to live the holistic lifestyle that actualizes the holistic model of reality. Our most important question is: “How to live with balance in an imbalanced world?” If wholeness is proportional to balance, this question is vital to our evolving human experience.

Holistic lifestyle is based on the principle of balance. Multi-dimensional balance must be maintained in order to experience consistent wholeness and fulfillment.

Fulfillment is proportional to wholeness. Without wholeness, we have no consistent fulfillment. Therefore, balance and wholeness are imperative to our evolutionary journey.

The Principle of Balance

Source Consciousness creates the relative field as the arena of all experience. It is multi-dimensional, as both universal and individual, macrocosmic and microcosmic, from subtle to dense. As Consciousness densifies through relative reality, the polarities become increasingly imbalanced. Becoming dominates Being in order to create and manifest form. Through imbalance it creates illusion and forfeits wholeness.

In the densest dimensions of human experience, the mental, emotional and physical, the relative polarities are the most imbalanced. The result is fragmented and illusory experience. The primary illusion is separation and duality. Being is separate and different from Becoming… subject and object are separate and different from each other. As long as the relative polarities remain imbalanced, our experience is mired in illusion. In illusion, we are fragmented and conflicted. We forfeit our wholeness.

Wholeness is proportional to balance in relative reality. The human experience is a journey of ever-increasing integrative wholeness through balance. All “Technologies of Now” are balancing techniques. Meditation remains the foremost technology of balance. It delivers progressive holistic consistency and fulfillment.
